The Connecting Local Agencies of the Southern Peninsula (CLASP) project developed from the recognition that agencies delivering support services on the Southern Mornington Peninsula are very much isolated in the delivery of their particular programs and are often lacking resources and connection to get the best outcomes for their clients.

CLASP aims to identify and connect with agencies and programs being delivered in the Southern Mornington Peninsula. This engagement focuses on developing an understanding of available programs, limitations and strengths of these programs, understanding formal and informal processes including referral and intake and then providing this information to other connected agencies.
